Privacy policy
We only collect what we need to plan your experience — and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you use the contact, booking or newsletter forms on this website we receive:
- Your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number
- Your preferred tour date, tour, group size and any message you write
- For the newsletter: your email address only
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and confirm your booking
- To coordinate pick-up and the details of your experience
- To send newsletter updates and offers, if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent your information. Bookings are stored in our secure database and sent to us by email through a third-party email provider, and they may appear on our private calendar. Card payments are handled by Fygaro: we never see or store your card number. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, those platforms’ own privacy policies apply.
Embedded video
The gallery video is hosted on YouTube and only loads (in privacy-enhanced mode) when you press play.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing dte4x4@gmail.com.
