1. Bookings

All tours are private and start at 9:00am. A booking is confirmed once your payment is received. The rate is $450 for up to 4 people for up to 4 hours, and extra hours are $75 each. Please share any relevant medical, mobility, or dietary considerations when booking.

2. Cancellation & refunds

• 48+ hours before start time: 100% refund.
• 24–48 hours before start time: 50% refund.
• Under 24 hours before start time: No refund.

We can only refund the same method used to make the booking.

3. Health & safety

Dushi Tera Experience tours are not recommended for guests with back problems, heart conditions, pregnancy, or other severe medical conditions. Guests are responsible for assessing their own health, physical ability, and comfort level before participating.

4. Participation & liability

Our experiences may include off-road travel, uneven terrain, coastal exploration, optional swimming, hiking, wildlife viewing, and outdoor conditions that carry natural risks.

By joining a Dushi Tera Experience, guests understand and accept these risks and participate voluntarily.

While safety, good judgment, and guest comfort are priorities, Dushi Tera Experience cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Guests are responsible for following guide instructions, using common sense, and informing us in advance of any relevant medical, mobility, or dietary considerations.

5. Park fees & extras

Park entrance fee: $16 per person 18 and older, not included in the tour price. Gratuities, towels, water shoes and sunblock are not included. See General Information for full details.
